The editorial improvements can be found throughout the whole edition. January 2nd, 2020, saw the end of the validity of over 800 postage stamps issued by Belarus. We have added a corresponding note to the affected issues. Regarding Poland, we have also included information regarding nearly 2,500 MICHEL numbers that were withdrawn from circulation. And we have included the variations of the safety perforation positions on Polish tête-bêche stamps.
The reviewing and updating of price quotations was another focal point. This time, we took a close look at Poland. The collectors’ interest is currently focused on canceled stamps from the 1950s, which, due to their short period of validity, are rarely found with verifiable cancellations. However, Polish local issues and contemporary se-tenants are also trading at higher prices. Regarding Ukraine, we observe a volatile market; particularly patriotic motifs and issues depicting war themes are very much in demand.
This edition features all novelties introduced in MICHEL Rundschau up to and including No. 10/2025.

- A user account is required for the use of e-books.
- The customer may purchase an unlimited number of e-books. All purchased e-books shall be available to the customer in the MICHEL Online library and can be viewed with a current web browser. Additional software for viewing is not required.
- The right to use the e-book shall be limited to 5 years from the time of activation in the online library. The Publisher will provide access to the purchased e-book during the term.
